Carol Montoya, CAE

Carol Montoya, CAE is the principal officer of PMR. Carol joined PMR’s founder in 1999 as the company’s first full time employee. Initially she served as Director of Client Relations, with the broad job description of “doing what needs to be done to keep clients satisfied.” This included managing client accounts and responding to client and member needs, overseeing PMR’s growing account staff, and implementing internal procedures to maximize PMR’s operational efficiency.

Ursula Miller, Adobe Certified Expert

Communications Director
Ursula Miller

As Communications Director, Ursula is responsible for external client communications, including logos, emails, collateral materials, and publications. She focuses on consistent messaging, product quality, and appropriate content and messaging. She works closely with the account and event staff and client contacts for review and approval of communications materials.

Arielle Retrosi

Account Manager
Arielle Retrosi

Arielle joined the Potomac Management Resources team in February 2015 as an Account Coordinator and was promoted to Senior Account Coordinator in September 2016 and Account Manager in January 2017. Prior to this position, she worked as the Interim Communications Director at Jubilee USA, a DC-based nonprofit committed to building a just economy and achieving debt relief for the world’s poorest people. Arielle was responsible for developing and implementing Jubilee USA’s communications strategy as well as building relationships with key partners to spread the organization’s message.

Michael Pelzer

Account Manager
Michael Pelzer

Michael joined the Potomac Management Resources team in April 2015 as an Account Coordinator and was promoted to Account Manager in September 2016. Michael came to PMR after spending eight months volunteering with an educational non-profit in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. While in Honduras, he not only taught students in the low-income community of Las Brisas, he also assisted in the management of the organization, where he processed donations and screened new volunteer teachers.

Dylan Blough

Account Coordinator

Dylan joined Potomac Management Resources in August 2016 as an Account Coordinator. Dylan previously worked as a member of the Payday Lending campaign at Americans for Financial Reform, lobbying for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to implement tighter regulations on payday lenders. Dylan was responsible for developing many of AFR's social media campaigns as well as providing administrative support to the rest of the team.

JC Eckstine-Gomez

Communications Coordinator

JC joined the PMR team as Communications Coordinator. As an experienced graphic designer, he is tasked with creating content for client websites, publications, emails, social networks, and various other external communications outlets.

JC is a member of AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts), ASAE (American Society of Association Executives), the World Affairs Council of Greater Houston, and the Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity.
